Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy protects Professionals, their clients, and Kioku. It is part of the Terms.
1. Lawful business use
Use Kioku only for lawful internal business purposes. Follow privacy, consent, photo and likeness, biometric, professional licensing, intellectual-property, and recordkeeping requirements.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Kioku to create, upload, store, or share content that:
- is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or discriminatory;
- infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- contains sexual exploitation material or unlawfully depicts a minor;
- contains malware, destructive code, stolen credentials, or instructions for abuse;
- records sensitive or biometric information without required authority and safeguards; or
- is collected through unlawful surveillance or without required notice or consent.
3. System abuse
You may not probe or bypass security, access another account, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer except where law permits, automate abusive traffic, interfere with operation, misrepresent affiliation, resell unauthorized access, or help another person do these things.
4. What you upload
Upload only photos and records you are authorized to hold, and only content that is reasonably needed to serve the client. Do not upload government identifiers, payment card numbers, or health records; Kioku is not built for them and does not claim any related certification.
5. Enforcement and reporting
Kinda Salty Studio, LLC may investigate, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Report suspected abuse to jwmcclung@gmail.com.
